03 / Our story

Meet Channel
& Lib.

We’re Channel and Lib, two best friends who were fed up with working in retail and decided to take a chance on a dream of our own. We wanted to take the food we love out on the road and cook it for other people. That’s how BOX’D started.

When we’re away from the van, we love to travel together. We’re happiest exploring somewhere new and finding something good to eat along the way.

We bring that same love of food and people to every event. We’ll talk through the menu, timings and setup with you, then take care of the cooking and make your guests feel welcome. We take pride in getting the details right and having a laugh along the way.
